Text Box: Highlighted Features View room availability based on arrival and departure date before starting a booking. Rates available based on length of stay (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly rates), by unit type (unlimited), or by season. Charge deposits and room charges to the guest’ credit card with PCCharge integration. Has the ability to accept any number of payments. Print confirmation information for all reservations. Print customer folios on the fly. All reservation activity is recorded o the folio as charges and payments are made. Folios will reflect balance due information. Confirmations and folios are created through Crystal Reports so forms can be modified with logo and facility information. End of day is available to process each night’s stay charges.

The Reservations system specializes PM2000 for the hospitality industry by allowing for short term rentals and the reservation of particular units in advance.  Integrating with Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 Credit Card Processing Module, credit card charges can be processed at the time of check-in.
