Text Box: Highlighted Features Meter read information is stored so that the system always remembers the last read number for easy entry every month. Easy to use “Auto Build” feature selects on the tenants on a property for managers automatically. From there tenants can be removed if needed. Integrated billing allows managers to include metering bills with standard monthly charges or on separate invoices.

The Metering Enhancement gives managers an integrated tool for billing tenants on incremental use of utilities based on meter readings entered into the system

Last read data is maintained so that each billing period new reads can be entered.  The system will automatically calculate the difference and bill based on a fixed amount managers can setup.
