ACS Multi-Bin is designed to improve warehouse workflow, including product picking, movements, receiving, shipping and counting.

A fully integrated solution, Multi-Bin works with the normal flow and files of the MAS 90 and MAS 200 systems.  This improves the warehouse specific tasks right along with the MAS 90 and MAS 200 usage.

ACS Multi-Bin eliminates the dusty inventory that is pushed to the back of the warehouse.  It assists pickers to use those items before newer inventory.  This eliminates the loss of expired inventory and discounts associated with soon to be expired items.

Our RF handheld integrated partners provide seamless integration with ACS Multi-Bin.  This improves the speed and accuracy of data collection.

In Sales Order entry, items can be allocation from Bins and lots.  Carries forward to picking sheets, shipping and invoicing.  Also used to override automatic inventory allocated in picking sheet printing.

Wave Picking can print a picking sheet for all selected sales orders with items by region and bin location instead of sales order number. This will allow the warehouse team to effectively and efficiently pick the items on shipping sales orders.  Also, the normal MAS picking sheet can be printed with the locations where inventory is without selecting the orders to be printed.
